Ed Markey Secures Endorsements from North of Boston Leaders

BOSTON— The Ed Markey for Senate reelection campaign is proud to announce the endorsements of 24 state and local leaders from the communities North of Boston, including Andover, Bedford, Danvers, Hamilton. Lynn, Marblehead, Newburyport, North Andover, Pebody, Salem, Stoneham, Tewksbury, and Woburn. These endorsements come alongside those from legislators and community leaders in Central and Western Massachusetts and the Boston area, with more to come.
“From access to public transportation, to managing the impacts of climate change, to spurring more economic growth, to strengthening indispensable maritime and artistic traditions, these leaders are tackling the most challenging issues of the day and bringing results for their communities,” said Markey. “Creating and maintaining strong federal and local partnerships is one of my most important jobs as a U.S. Senator, especially as the Trump administration attacks Massachusetts’s funding and institutions.
