CAUCUS WEEK 4: Ed Markey Campaign Continues Caucus Success

NEWTON—With 70 percent of all caucus delegates now selected, and for the fourth caucus weekend in a row, the Ed Markey for U.S. Senate campaign reported big wins at caucus locations in all regions of the state, from Framingham to New Bedford, Lynn to Charlemont, and Watertown to Worcester.
Voters again turned out in large numbers for Ed Markey, reflecting his record of delivering for cities and towns across the Commonwealth.

“We now have a significant majority of all the delegates selected and the Ed Markey organizing team continues to set the pace in the U. S. Senate race,” said John Walsh, Markey campaign manager.
“Voters know Ed Markey and his strong stance on progressive issues fits their values—ending the scourge of gun violence in our communities, continuing his fight to find a cure for Alzheimer’s by 2025, and pushing for the Green New Deal—and that is why we are seeing such overwhelming support for Ed across the state,” Walsh added.
