Help Ed keep knives off airplanes
To John S. Pistole, TSA Administrator:
The 9/11 Commission credited “failures of imagination” as part of our failure in preventing the tragic events of that day.
It doesn’t take much imagination to see how allowing almost three quarters of a million knives onto planes every year is a mistake.
The TSA is about to write a boarding pass for about 730,000 knives every year. And your decision to allow this needs to be reversed right now.
We the undersigned hereby urge you to keep the TSA ban of knives on airplanes in place.
